Well, the 2009 season has been weird so far. The 12 hours of Addison Oaks, our first official race of the season, was rained out . . . TWICE!
We woke up Saturday (again), started heading to the trail and got the call that the rains had forced Brent Walk and Fun Promotions to cancel the race. It is in the best interest of the trail as Addison has a tough time when it's muddy. From what I've heard, the makeup race will be held in the fall.
So instead of racing, we went out to Stoney Creek and did a team photo session. Rob and Andy brought out their photo gear and we had a blast getting the bikes together for the first time. Some new trail has been cut at Stoney and we found a great little berm to play on. Andy's fisheye lens only added to the fun.
